How to reach IIT Roorkee

The 11th International Congress of Computational Mechanics and Simulation (ICCMS 2027) will be hosted at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India. Located approximately 170 km north of New Delhi, the campus is well connected by air, rail, and road, making travel convenient for both domestic and international delegates.

Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun (DED) is the nearest airport, approximately 55 km from IIT Roorkee. Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL), New Delhi offers extensive international connectivity, with convenient onward travel by train or road.

Comfortable accommodation options will be available for delegates attending ICCMS 2027. Participants may choose from on-campus guest houses at IIT Roorkee or a range of hotels located close to the institute.

The accommodation charges include lodging only. Meals will be available separately, while conference lunch and tea/coffee breaks will be provided to all registered delegates as part of the conference program.
Delegates interested in staying on campus are encouraged to register early, as accommodation will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. A dedicated accommodation request form will be made available after registration.
An Accommodation Help Desk will be available during the conference to assist participants with check-in, check-out, and other queries. Recommended hotels near the IIT Roorkee campus will also be listed on the conference website for delegates preferring off-campus accommodation.
